Hospice Music Therapist (MT-BC) | Full-Time Impact & Care

Faith Hospice is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our team, providing music therapy services to hospice patients and their families and loved ones. The MT-BC will conduct consultations and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while educating staff on the music therapy program to promote referrals from clinicians and volunteers.
