Music Therapist Hospice

Overview Coordinates, evaluates and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care. Responsibilities - Develops, coordinates and provides an organized music therapy program. - Provides music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations. - Develops a plan of care. - Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements. - Participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities. - Performs other job-related tasks as requested. Qualifications Required- - Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute. - Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
